“It sounds like someone is making a breakthrough,” someone deduced. “The aura is so intense. Is Jared

experiencing a breakthrough inside right now?” another person wondered.

Hosen and Ebenez wore serious expressions as they directed their gaze toward the medicinal pool. Jared’s potential

breakthrough inside could indeed lead to complications. “Master, does that aura belong to Mr. Chance?” Zebediah

asked Ghaylen right away.

Ghaylen remained silent because he could not answer Zebediah’s question. If it was Jared who had experienced a

breakthrough, it meant he had reached the Body Fusion Realm.

However, achieving such a feat in such a short time seemed implausible. What Ghaylen did not know was whenever

Jared experienced a breakthrough, the impact would be far more powerful than others..

tribulation. “Hosen, I think we should close the medicinal pool!” Ebenez said.

Hosen nodded, preparing to close the medicinal pool. Regardless of who caused the disturbance, closing it would

mean that anyone trapped inside would meet their end.

“Hosen, didn’t you promise to wait for two hours? It’s not time yet!” Ghaylen questioned Hosen. “I have other

matters to attend to. I don’t have time for this!” Hosen replied firmly. With his hands slowly clasped together, the

entrance to the medicinal pool began to close.

“Master…” Zebediah started panicking as he watched the medicinal pool close. Jared will be dead for sure if he’s

still alive in there!

Ghaylen wore a displeased expression, but with the closure of the medicinal pool, there was nothing more he could

do. “Come on. Let’s go,” he said with a hint of resignation, taking Zebediah and Viola away.

Just when they were about to leave, Ebenez suddenly stopped him from leaving. “Ghaylen, why does this new

disciple of yours look somewhat familiar? Have I met her before?”

The longer Ebenez gazed at Viola, the more her appearance seemed familiar to him, yet he could not quite recall

where they might have met before.

“How could you have met her? She’s just a new disciple I recruited from elsewhere!” Ghayler replied with a forced

smile, but inwardly, he was nervous to the extreme. It would be disastrous if Ebenez were to discover Viola’s true

identity.

“Well, maybe I’m mistaken. But this new disciple you’ve recruited seems quite formidable.” Ebenez observed Viola

for a moment before stepping aside to let them pass. Ghaylen hurriedly led Zebediah and Viola away. Hosen turned

to Ebenez and asked, “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing. She just looks familiar.” Ebenez brushed it off before leaving the pool with his people.

However, a suspicion had arisen in Ebenez’s mind. He chose not to share it with Hosen and decided to conduct a

private investigation into Viola’s background.

Ebenez believed that if Viola turned out to be the person he suspected, he could use that knowledge to his

advantage and implement his plan accordingly.

After everyone left, the medicinal pool regained its tranquility. Meanwhile, Jared continued his descent into the

depths of the medicinal pool.

Despite the terrifying surge of spiritual energy engulfing him, he quickly neutralized it with the Focus Technique. His

formidable physical body provided additional protection, keeping him safe for the time being.

As he ventured deeper, he lost track of time. Suddenly, he noticed a faint light illuminating a massive formation

pattern at the bottom of the pool.

Jared followed the light, and to his astonishment, he discovered a colossal arcane array emitting a faint glow. It was

evident that the formation was activating! The glow on the patterns appeared dim, possibly due to the passage of

time.
