The next day at noon, after completing her design sketches, Eleanor initiated a video call with Nina.
“Nina, have you eaten a good meal at school today?”

Just as Eleanor was about to ask what he meant by examining her, she noticed him looking up, his
gaze fixed on the doctor entering through the door. “Keith, come here quickly”
