Ryan’s experience inside the oasis was like a never-ending nightmare. Just the thought of it sent

shivers down his spine, and he lacked the courage to venture back inside.

“What is there to fear? With me around, nothing would hurt you. No matter how dangerous it is, I can

keep you completely safe,” Aidan declared confidently.

“Mr. Ridge, please don’t take the oasis lightly,” Ryan said, shaking his head.

“We only roamed the outskirts for a while but already encountered various dangers that resulted in

injuries and casualties.

“The inner areas remain unexplored, but I can assure you that the deeper you venture, the more

dangerous it becomes. The monsters also grow stronger, and even grandmasters should proceed with

caution.”

“Kid, aren’t you exaggerating a bit? You’re just a divine-level martial artist and may not fully grasp the

true strength of a grandmaster.”

Aidan continued dismissively, ” Besides, I’m not your average grandmaster. I can deal with a few

monsters within minutes.”

“I have no doubt about your abilities, Mr. Ridge. However, there are too many uncertainties within the

oasis, so you will still need to be careful,” Ryan cautioned.

“Forget it. It seems like you’ve had quite the scare. I won’t press you. Just draw me a map of the routes

and everything you’ve observed. It might come in handy sometime.” Aidan compromised.

“Now that won’t be a problem.” Ryan nodded. Compared to risking his life, drawing a map was a trivial

task.”

Meanwhile, inside a tea house in the village, Yonah and Bran were having a private conversation. The

disciples of the Drakes Dominion Order and the Frostwing Sect had formed a temporary alliance

because of Dustin.

“Yonah, you were injured earlier. This is our sect’s Frostgenix. It has miraculous effects on internal

injuries. You should give it a try.” Bran took out a bottle of medicinal pills and handed them to Yonah.

“Thank you, Bran!” Yonah accepted them without hesitation. Opening the bottle, he swallowed two pills.

Frostgenix was the Frostwing Sect’s exclusive formulation. It was known to promote meridian

circulation and remove blood stasis.

As anticipated, upon consuming the pills, the coursing blood and energy within Yonah’s body achieved

a smoother flow.

“I’ve asked around. The person who injured you is Dustin Rhys, the masked woman’s bodyguard.

Although he’s young, he possesses extraordinary skills.

“Fortunately, he doesn’t seem to have much of a background, so dealing with him shouldn’t be too

difficult.” Bran quickly shared all the information he had gathered.

“Hmph! I don’t care about his background. Anyone who dares challenge us must pay the price in

blood!” Yonah hissed.

“How do you plan to approach this? Are you going to seek help from your seniors?” Bran probed.

“There’s no need to involve them for such a trivial matter. I can handle it alone.”

“With Dustin’s considerable skills and the added resistance from Jackson of the Embersteel Order,

confronting them directly won’t be easy.”

“There are many ways to kill someone, and a direct confrontation is the least favorable option.” Yonah

shook his head.

“Oh? Do you already have a plan?” Bran raised an eyebrow.

“Open threats are easier to evade than hidden schemes. A little scheming is all I need to take his life.

Just wait and see! “Yonah’s eyes gleamed dangerously.

“Is that so? I’ll be eagerly waiting then.

“Bran smiled.

Dustin possessed talent, skill, and great potential. If they were allies, he could be a valuable asset.

However, if he turned into an enemy, he would pose a significant threat that must be eliminated swiftly.
