into a sitting position. He twisted open the bottle cap and was ready to feed Caden the elixir.
“Caden Murray will not live past three days if he takes the elixir!” A voice was heard coming from the
door.
“What?” Everyone turned to see Dustin walking in. He had rushed to Millsburg upon receiving Sheila’s
call. Peaceful Medical Center was shut for the time being, and he arranged for Gregory, Maximus, and
Caitlyn to stay in Zephyr Lodge temporarily.
