The First Elder did not agree to Olivia directly. Instead, he raised his eyes looked her steadily. Many

thoughts flashed across his eyes before they turned into a deep complicated expression.

He said. “Miss Saintess, go back and rest first. I’ll give you a satisfactory answer.” Olivia glanced over

and nodded slightly. “I’ll wait for your news.”

The Saintess only went to look for the First Elder. After she returned, everything was different.

Charlee was the first to notice this difference. She ran over and said excitedly. “Saintess, the dinner

kitchen has prepared a lot of delicious food. It’s many times. better than the food provided to you

previously. I heard that there’s also a famous chef hired from the Hushe Republic. He once made a

state banquet and his culinary skills are first–rate.

Saintess, you’re in for a treat tonight.”

Before dinner time, Charlee went to the kitchen and reported to Olivia what delicacies had been

prepared.

“There are agate fishballs, wormgrass stewed meatballs, rare mushroom

pomegranate buns…” Charlee counted with her fingers, and her saliva was about to flow out.

Olivia found it funny. She rested his chin on his hands and smiled. “You’re looking forward to it so

much. Let’s eat together later.”

Charlee retorted, “Doesn’t you look forward to it? That’s the Hushe Republic chefs we’re talking about!”

Olivia shook her head. “I’m not looking forward to it. She did not feel that there was anything special

about these dishes at all. Not only was she not looking forward to it, but she did not even like it very

much.

When it was time for dinner, a few servants came from the kitchen and brought over the dishes one by

one.

This was what the First Elder had specially instructed him to take good care of the Saintess.

Too many people had been served the kitchen, resulting in insufficient manpower elsewhere.

On Alicia’s side, there was only a little girl who went over to deliver food. Furthermore, it was the

simplest three dishes and a soup.

“What is this? Is it food for humans?” Alicia was so angry that she flipped the tablet and pointed at the

The servant girl pouted. “Miss Alicia, it’s useless to scold me. This is the First Elder’s order. The people

in the kitchen have all gone to prepare the Saintess’s

Olivia took a bite and frowned slightly. “It’s alright.”

“What about the steamed duck with three veg?”

Olivia shook her head. “It’s average. The taste is a little bad.”

Charlee was surprised. “It doesn’t taste good?” Then, she sniffed hard. “I think it smells good.”

“It’s too greasy.” Olivia spat out the bones of the duck.” The steamed duck with three veg is a

nourishing dish. The chef used too much cooking oil, and now the original advantage of the dish was

gone.”

The butler who was at the door, almost laughed out loud when he heard this. He thought to himself,

“These two girls are so good at pretending. They haven’t even eaten many good dishes, yet they

actually shamelessly said that the steamed duck with three veg made by the famous chef tastes bad.”

He could not help but shake his head. His impression of Olivia was a little worse. He felt that she was

too vain. She had started to show off after searching for a few words on the Internet.

He actually dared to comment on the dishes made by the Hushe Republic chef. It was already a

blessing to be able to eat it once in their life. However, they did not cherish it and even belittled it.

Charlee noticed him and quickly stood up straight to greet him, “Sir.”

The butler nodded at her. “Go out first.”

Then, he took out a few printed sheets of A4 paper and gave them to Olivia. “Miss Saintess, take a

look. This is the First Elder’s punishment for Ashley. Take a look and see if you’re satisfied.”

Olivia was holding a chicken drumstick in her hand. When she heard this, she turned around and wiped

her left hand on the tissue casually before picking up the A4 paper.

Her movements were extremely sloppy, but it was indescribably beautiful.

The butler stood behind Olivia. From his angle, Olivia looked like an ancient lady, elegant and moving.

His gaze was filled with surprise. In the past, he had never seriously observed this pitiful little girl from

the Second Elder’s branch. Now, it seemed that she was at little different.
