Chapter 281: Chapter 281: Yan Xinxin Actually Has a Daughter!
Yan Xinxin's eyes began to burn slightly.
Thinking about the loss she endured on the operating table five years ago, her heart tightened painfully...
Her 18th year was a nightmare. Even though heaven ultimately gifted her with such a lovely and sensible son, it
also took away the precious daughter she never even got to meet...
Tong Lili noticed Yan Xinxin’s low spirits and found it strange.
After Yan Xinxin hailed a taxi, she summoned one as well and followed behind.
Not long after, Yan Xinxin got off at Central Square and walked into the Sweet TDessert Shop.
Tong Lili hadn’t planned to follow her inside, but she hadn't expected to wait for an entire hour!
"What the hell is going on!"
She stomped her foot impatiently and finally saw Yan Xinxin emerge, carrying a cake box in her hands.
"Damn! Does it really take that long to buy a cake?"
Tong Lili muttered irritably, her expression dark as she continued tailing Yan Xinxin.

What shocked and unsettled her was that the taxi Yan Xinxin was in eventually stopped at a cemetery!
Visiting the dead at this hour?
Tong Lili couldnt help but feel a chill as she watched Yan Xinxin’s figure disappear from sight, which only made
her more anxious!
Beside a grave near the grove of pine trees, Yan Xinxin placed a bouquet of white roses and the cake box on a
tombstone.
She took the handmade cake out of the box, lit the candles, and then lifted her slightly tearful, beautiful eyes to
look at the black tombstone before her.
Yan Zhichun.
Her little angel, Yan Xinxin’s own.
"Chun, Mom has cto see you."
She spoke softly, the sorrow in her heart finally overflowing uncontrollably, causing her glistening tears to fill her
eyes in an instant.
"Chun, Mom just made this cake herself. Isn't it cute? | wonder if you'd like it. Your brother really loves Mom's
cakes..."
Yan Xinxin whispered softly, biting her lip in an attempt to suppress her grief, but her tears still spilled over and
fell to the ground.
"Chun, Mom is having another baby. | don’t know if it's you coming back to me, or if you've senta little
brother or sister. Mom promises this time, | will protect your little sibling with all my heart."
Yan Xinxin made her vow, wiping her tears away as she worked hard to lift her lips into a smile.
From her bag, she took out a small box and opened it.
Inside was a piece of jewelry she had lovingly crafted herself—using ordinary materials to replace diamonds and
other expensive components—Angel’s Tears.
The adorable angel had its eyes closed, wings outstretched.
But no one noticed the single tear trailing beside the angel.
"Chun, this is a gift Mom made for you. | hope you'll like it..."
She placed the Angel's Tears down, her gaze lingering affectionately on the tombstone.
Tong Lili didn’t dare wander aimlessly near the cemetery. After scoping out the area, she couldnt spot Yan Xinxin
anymore.
Frustrated, she was about to turn around when suddenly she saw Yan Xinxin standing at a nearby grave, wiping
away tears.
"So heartbroken? Who died?"
Tong Lili murmured in confusion, hurriedly finding a spot to hide as she strained her eyes to see the words
engraved on the tombstone.
"Beloved daughter?!"
Seeing the two words at the top of the tombstone, Tong Lili was completely flabbergasted!
Yan Xinxin had a daughter!
And her daughter had died!
Tong Lili couldn't believe it. She stretched her neck to get a closer look and sure enough, saw Yan Xinxin’s name
etched on the lower left corner of the tombstone.
No doubt about it! No doubt about it!
This "Yan Zhichun" was Yan Xinxin’s daughter!
Yan Xinxin lingered near the tomb for about twenty minutes before finally turning to leave, albeit with great
reluctance. Just as she walked out of the cemetery, she noticed someone approaching from not far away.
It had been a while since she last saw this person, who now appeared to be thriving.
"Yan Xinxin, | knew you'd chere today! I've been waiting for you here for ages!"
