Chapter 316: Chapter 316: Every Place Belongs to Me
As the words fell, Yan Xinxin saw Xu Nuo’s expression stiffen.
Yan Xinxin wasn’t sure if Xu Nuo truly liked her the way he claimed, nor was she certain if this would hurt him.
But regardless of the outcome, she had to say it.
She didn’t want Mo Chuxi to be misunderstood as a heartless and unfeeling man.
Mo Chuxi wasn’t like the rumor mill painted him to be—detached and cold. In truth, he was responsible and
reliable.
"Got married?"
Xu Nuo questioned.
"How is that possible?"
Yan Xinxin reached into her bag and pulled out the freshly issued marriage certificate, opening it directly.
"I'm not lying to you. It's real. We're actually married."
As she spoke, she opened the wedding certificate.
The photo on the certificate was glaringly striking under the bright sunshine.
Despite the wildly mismatched backgrounds of the two people in the photo, the way their faces leaned together
created an inexplicable sense of harmony.
He could even see Mo Chuxi’s thin lips curl into the faintest smile—a rare sight on his usually icy and stoic face!
"See it clearly now?"

Mo Chuxi’s gaze was icy as he stared at Xu Nuo, his hand tightly clutching Yan Xinxin’s smaller one.
"Xinxin is already my wife. Stop entertaining any fantasies about her—this is your final warning."
He spoke while gently tugging Yan Xinxin’s hand, his tone softening instantly.
"Let's go, wife."
Wife?
Yan Xinxin froze for half a second before nodding.
“Alright.”
She didn’t know what Xu Nuo might be feeling at this moment, but if she didn’t act decisively, the situation
would only worsen.
"Why are you here?"
Pulling herself together, Yan Xinxin looked at Mo Chuxi curiously.
His side profile was flawless, though his arched brows still held traces of irritation.
"Don’t want to see me?"
"If I hadn't shown up just now, what were you planning to do?"
He suddenly stopped walking, his sharp, hawk-like gaze locking onto Yan Xinxin.
Yan Xinxin’s brows knitted slightly.
"What do you think | would've done?"
She spoke as she stepped closer to him, tilting her delicate, pearly face upward.
Her graceful and tender smile caught him off guard, causing Mo Chuxi’s heartbeat to quicken. Swiftly, he raised
a hand and cupped the back of her head.
Without any warning, his thin lips aggressively pressed against hers.
He didn’t deepen the kiss, but instead, he lightly bit down on her lips.
"Hm?"
"Does it hurt?"
Mo Chuxi pulled back, his electric gaze smoldering.
Yan Xinxin glared at him through pained eyes.
"Mo Chuxi, are you a dog or something? Why do you like bitingso much?"
"Yes, | like to bite you. Every inch of you belongs to me."
He announced possessively, his handsface leaning in closer.
"No one else is allowed to covet you."
Yan Xinxin could feel this man’s overwhelming possessiveness and desire to control.
Mo Chuxi used the pad of his finger to gently rub her lips before leaning down to plant a soft kiss.
"Get in the car."
"...Where are we going? | still have class this afternoon."
"I'll make sure to bring you back on time."
He spoke as he walked ahead to the car and got in first.
Yan Xinxin didn’t think too much before sitting down in the passenger seat.
But just as she buckled her seatbelt, a large bouquet of fresh, dewy roses appeared in front of her again—this
tin pink. Judging by the quantity, it seemed there were still 88 roses.
Yan Xinxin was genuinely baffled.
"Why are you givingroses again?"
"Does a husband need a reason to give flowers to his wife?"
He replied matter-of-factly before stepping on the accelerator.
A little over ten minutes later, the car stopped beside a picturesque lakeside in the countryside.
Yan Xinxin got out of the car but was increasingly puzzled.
"Why did you bringhere?"
She was filled with uncertainty as she turned her head, only to be shocked to see the man pulling out a whole
set of equipment from the car!
What was he planning to do?
