A few minutes later, Serenity sat up from the bed and pondered. She then slid out of bed, began to pack her
household goods, and took them back to her room.
She would not sleep in his bed anymore.

It was rather late into the night when she fell asleep. Zachary, who was away on a business trip, drank a total of
two cups of coffee which lasted him until dawn.

Serenity did not tell Mrs. Lane about herself not feeling well.
Looking at the time, she cried in a low voice, “It’s eight o’clock!”
She did not know if her sister was going to work. She had to go over to pick Sonny up.
