“What?! How did she know?”
Jennifer gritted her teeth and said coldly, “I don’t know either, but she threatened me, saying that if I didn’t drop
the charges, she would expose our affairs!”
There was a two–second silence on the phone, then the angry voice of senior Mr. Ponce came through, “What does
she think she is? Does she still think she’s the wife of the Yoder Group’s president?! The Ponce family could crush
her as easily as you would an ant, leave this matter to me!”
Jennifer still seemed a bit worried, saying in a low voice, “I’m afraid she might lash out in desperation.”
If her affair with senior Mr. Ponce were to be exposed, it wouldn’t just be her and senior Mr. Ponce, both the Yang
family and the Ponce family would have lost face and couldn’t stay in Bridenville any longer..
“Don’t worry, I would make her disappear without a trace.”

She had originally planned to go out for dinner with Maxim tonight, to celebrate Jennifer dropping the lawsuit.
According to the client, several clothing companies recently gave him new quotes, all of which were lower than MY
Corporation, but he still wanted to talk to you first before deciding whether to terminate the cooperation.
After a two–second silence, Briana stood up and said, “Alright, send the time and location to my email.”
“Alright, Ms. Schneider.”
After William left, Briana called Maxim and told him that they couldn’t have dinner together that night.
Soon, William had sent the address to her email. Briana opened it to take a look, then got up and left the company.
When she arrived at the agreed–upon location, it was not the client who was waiting there, but senior Mr. Ponce
and a dozen skilled bodyguards.
Senior Mr. Ponce had a chilling smile on his face, his gaze was incredibly intimidating.
“We met again.”
Even if she was foolish, Briana knew she had been deceived.
A glint of coldness flashed in her eyes as she sat down opposite senior Mr. Ponce.
“Do you want those photos of you and Jennifer from my hand?”
Senior Mr. Ponce’s laugh grew a few degrees colder, “Ms. Schneider, you are a smart woman. As long as you hand
over those evidences, I will let you go.”
Briana chuckled lightly, speaking unhurriedly, “If I were to give you the photo now, you would immediately have
your men kill me, wouldn’t you?”
Having his thoughts guessed, Senior Mr. Ponce didn’t get angry, the smile on his face deepened a bit more.
“We, the Ponce family, have always abided by the law. How could we possibly commit illegal crimes?”
There was no warmth in Briana’s eyes as she said coldly, “The person I made the deal with was Jennifer. If you want
the photos, Senior Mr. Ponce, you should call Jennifer over.”

Briana looked indifferent, got up and left directly.
Before even reaching the door, he was stopped by four bodyguards dressed in black.
“I gave you a chance, but you didn’t cherish it. Go ahead!”
The moment the words fell, four black–clad bodyguards lunged at Briana, their faces all cold.
Senior Mr. Ponce chuckled coldly, already envisioning the scene where Briana would be begging him for mercy in
tears later.
However, the next second, his eyes widened dramatically, and his aged hand pointed at Briana involuntarily.
“You… how could you…”
Seeing Briana effortlessly knock down his four subordinates, senior Mr. Ponce was filled with shock and disbelief,

He squinted his eyes and gritted his teeth, saying. “All of you, go! Ast long as you can catch him, life or death
