who betrayed our love. Don’t blame it on anything else!”
Nicolas looked at Norah earnestly. “No, I didn’t betray our love. My mom was sick, and I just wanted to
earn more money for her treatment. don’t like Leah; it’s you that I love!”
Norah glanced at the earrings in his hand. “If your mom is sick, you should give the money to her for
treatment. What’s the point of buying earrings?”
Suddenly, Nicolas grabbed Norah’s hand with a humble posture and sincere eyes. “It’s because, in my
heart, you’re more important than anything else! Norah, if you don’t mind that I’m penniless, please
