can apologize to you once you’ve had some time to process everything.
Charlotte still didn’t comment. Donny didn’t continue on that topic either, but they chatted occasionally,
reminiscing about the past.

Charlotte dodged quickly, but the man kept swinging his knife and chased after them relentlessly.
“Watch out!” Donny shouted suddenly, pulling Charlotte to the side and kicking the man’s hand hard.
The man’s dagger fell to the ground, and the security guards who had been waiting for an opportunity
rushed up and tied up the assailant.
The man was taken away. Charlotte’s gaze fell on Donny, “You’re hurt!”
Donny, covering his arm, smiled, “I’m fine, are you okay?”
Charlotte looked at him with a complex expression, shaking her head, “I’m fine, you should go see a
doctor.”
