Chapter 210 I Didn’t Mean to Say That
Gisselle knew that Samara would come over today, but she did not expect Samara to come so quickly.
Ever since that day when Gisselle made a slip of the tongue in front of Chaim, Gisselle had been
unable to fall asleep for the past two days.
However, one couldn’t un–ring the bell. Once she had said those words, she had to live with the
consequences as she couldn’t turn back time, or make Chaim and the others forget what they had
heard.
Seeing Samara, Gisselle subconsciously felt guilty. “Samara, you’re here. Flaha.”
Samara and Gisselle had known each other for twenty years. Samara already knew Gisselle’s
character.
Seeing Gisselle’s expression, Samara knew that Gisselle had caused trouble. “Are you busy recently?”
Since the studio was closed, Gisselle became a typical idle rich girl. She had nothing to do but idle
around all the time.
Samara’s question was not hurtful but extremely embarrassing.
However, Gisselle felt guilty and was afraid of saying too much and slipping up. “I’m not busy. That’s

Samara raised her eyebrows and looked at her meaningfully. “Tell me, what have you done?”
With that, Samara paused for a moment and added, “Of course, it doesn’t matter if you don’t want to
say it. Anyway, I will know sooner or later.”
Gisselle, who was just about to lie, was speechless.
The two of them looked at each other for a while. Finally, Gisselle gave up. “I did something stupid two
days ago, Samara.”
“Okay.”
Samara nodded and looked at Gisselle, indicating for her to continue.
“This matter has something to do with you.”
Gisselle pursed her lips. She slightly moved her right leg and pointed her toes outside. If Samara’s
expression changed, she would run away like a bullet from a gun.
Hearing so, Samara couldn’t help but snort. “Does it have anything to do with the rumors that appeared
online two days ago?”
Gisselle nodded honestly. “Yes. A little bit.”
Samara clicked her tongue. “Tell me, what is it? Confess and I’ll be lenient.”
Gisselle did not speak. Under Samara’s gaze, she could not take it anymore. She forced herself to
confess, “Well, I was especially angry when I saw the comments on the Internet that day. I went to seek
justice for you.”
“Uh–huh?”
“I just went to see Chaim.”
“You hit him?”
“I tried, but I failed.”
Samara looked at her. “Is that all?”
Gisselle nodded. “That’s all.”
Samara looked at her and smiled without saying a word.
Gisselle felt guilty and could not help but say, “There was one minor little incident, but it’s not very
important.”
“Not very important?”
Gisselle was flummoxed by the question. “It isn’t very important. My dear Samara, can you stop

If Samara continued asking, Gisselle would really slip up.
Samara smiled and looked at the stage not far away. “I just had a meal with Chaim today.”
Hearing Samara’s words, Gisselle was shocked.
Sure enough, the next second, she heard Samara say, “Chaim asked me a very strange question.”
As Samara said this, she turned to look at Gisselle meaningfully.
“What, what question?”
“What do you think, Gisselle?”
Gisselle couldn’t lie to Samara since she was a kid. She couldn’t hide it anymore now. “My bad.
Samara, I really didn’t mean to say that. I was just scolding him. I let my emotions get the best of me
and I accidentally blurted out the fact that you loved him for almost ten years. I swear, I really didn’t
mean to say that.”
Samara had already guessed it. Chaim never speculated on something for no reason. However, he
suddenly asked this question today. Other than the comic book, there must be other causes.
Now that Gisselle had said so, Samara finally figured out what had happened.
