Jared knew that Valeria’s engagement to him was all about proving her power to the Count and Countess Alexandra
to secure the agency rights to their wine.

Valeria continued, “But there’s another issue that I need your help with.”

“I know he’s your son. Look how happy you are,” Valeria teased.
She stood up, “Jared, now that Ms. Pritchard is back with your son, what are you planning to do? And does she know
about you and Ms. Sharon? As a friend, I need to warn you, women can be very jealous. You need to handle this
carefully. And you should also sort things out with Ms. Sharon, or she will bring you trouble.”
Jared smiled, “Thanks for the advice.”
Valeria shrugged, “I’m just trying to protect our business.”
