you take good care of Nelly here”

Upon seeing the necklace, she was reminded of the first time she wore it. That day, she sat in the car, and Marcus
held the necklace, and kept staring at it. His gaze was so intense that it seemed like he wanted to swallow her
whole. Suddenly, he made a move, slipping it around her neck, leaving a huge red hickey…
Cornelia sneered, taking the jewelry box and putting it in her bag, planning to return the necklace to Marcus later.
Anything he gifted her, she wouldn’t keep. Thankfully, Marcus didn’t give her many things, so she didn’t need to
take special time to deal with them.
After packing, Zack drove Cornelia and Abigail to court. Abigail held Cornelia’s hand tightly, wanting to say
something several times but couldn’t. They had grown up together and knew each other very well.

She wanted to avoid Marcus, but he insisted on getting close. Marcus’ luxury car was originally heading to the right
side of the parking lot. Maybe there were no parking spaces on that side. Anyway, they turned to the left and even
parked next to their car.
