many things from being with my husband every day. Your daughter has a woman’s problem, and a man like him
won’t be able to cure it. Why don’t I do it?”
Mary widened her eyes, guilt and fear welling up as she looked into Lina’s eyes that seemed to hide knives. She
quickly refused and hurriedly ran out, dragging her daughter along.
Zuko burst into laughter and reached out to grab Lina’s hand. However, she shook his hand off.

Sensing the change in her demeanor, Zuko approached and checked. “What’s wrong?”
Lina spoke in a flat tone. “It’s fake, after all…”
“It won’t be fake forever!” Zuko hurriedly interjected. “Your mom said that after I pass her test in a year and a half,
we’ll replace the certificates with the real ones!”
Lina was stunned. “We still have to wait… a year and a half?”

“Get out of here!” Lina blushed and pushed him away, smiling with her head lowered.
A year and a half was neither long nor short.
By then, Lina would have graduated from university.

Zuko grinned and kissed her, catching her off guard!
Her heart raced from the unexpected kiss. Her hands instinctively grasped his broad shoulders, and her body
