Theresa looked at it and found a message from Roderick. “Have you had a meal yet?”
“I am going to have a meal.”

Roderick made a reservation at a restaurant. Theresa took a taxi there and saw him at a window seat in the
restaurant. He wore a black jacket with a white shirt inside today, still as handsome as usual.

Theresa was taking a drink of water when she heard Roderick ask, “Are those two kids of yours, Charlie’s?”
Hearing his words, Theresa nearly choked in shock. Her fingers stiffened and she raised her head with a smile on
her face: Looking at Roderick, she asked with a feigned composure, “Why do you say that?”
“Am I right?” Roderick looked at Theresa.
Theresa replied, “Of course not.” She thought, “How did he suddenly know? Didn’t he not know about this before?’
