The corners of Eugene’s mouth twitched. For some reason, Eugene could feel that Charlie was looking at him with

Cristina said anxiously, “How could you tell him?”
Eugene said, “I told Charlie about Cristina and me. About the kids, I wanted to tell him the truth and gave it up on
second thought. Now Charlie has learned about my relationship with Cristina, but he didn’t think much of Cristina,
