and Ben very much.”

Charlie stood in place. Seeing her back as she closed the door of the room behind her and went out, he clenched

When Theresa returned to her room, Leonard and Ben were both asleep.
Cristina had gone to hang out with Eugene and hadn’t returned yet. In order not to disturb Leonard and Ben,
Theresa quietly went to the bathroom and took a shower.
Standing in front of the mirror, she saw the marks he had made on her body… Her skin was white and thin, and the
places he had touched were bruised.
He was so drunk that he didn’t know how to treat her lightly.
Theresa stood aside. Thinking about the argument she just had with him, she sighed helplessly. Actually, it’s better
this way!
She was a little unsure how to face him after doing this ridiculous thing with him before the two were going to
divorce.
She couldn’t sleep, so, she went to the hot spring on the terrace and took a dip.
This hotel was in the mountains. At this point, there was no one around. In winter, it’s cold
outdoors, but this spring was so warm that she didn’t want to come out of it.
Soaking in the hot spring, Theresa was a little confused when she thought about Charlie. She suddenly realized that
she had actually… slept with Charlie.
She couldn’t drink as much as she wanted to in the future. It was ridiculous!
In the morning, when the two kids were still sleeping, Theresa got up and went downstairs. As she checked in, she
saw a drugstore right in front of the hotel.
She was uneasy and thought she’d better go get some birth control pills.
She was not very comfortable because she drank too much wine last night, so she also bought some medicine for
her headache. She was about to go back when she saw Jonathan walking
Seeing Theresa, Jonathan said, “Mrs. Calsis, good morning.”
Theresa was a little surprised to see him, “What are you doing here?”

are.”
Jonathan said, “Thank you, Mrs. Calsis. Would you like to see Mr. Calsis?”
Theresa shook her head at his words, “No.”
The two of them fought last night and she didn’t know what to say if she saw him now.
So, it was better for her not to go!
Jonathan didn’t force her and he took the medicine back to the hotel. And the two parted at the elevator.
Theresa went back to her room.
In Charlie’s room, Jonathan handed the medicine to Charlie and said, “This medicine was bought by Mrs. Calsis for
you.”
Charlie froze for a moment when he heard this and looked at Jonathan with suspicious looks in his eyes.
It was bought by Theresa.
