Since Piper had a car, she drove Caprice and Freya to Carter Tech City first thing in the morning

Caprice was taken aback by the sight, and her first instinct was to excuse herself.
Liam turned to her and gestured in the direction of the couch. “Wait for me over there.”
She nodded obediently and sat down on the couch.
They were speaking in a foreign language, one that she barely knew a vowel of. It sounded like an alien language to
her ears.
She was a little nervous at first but soon began to doze off as the cryptic language droned on and on in her ears.
Her head slowly slumped toward her shoulders.
Suddenly, she was jolted awake by a burst of laughter.
She looked up, brightly alert. Everyone on the projection screen seemed to be casting looks in her direction

Liam glanced at her, then he said something to the people on the conference call in the same alien language
before signing off from the call.
The office suddenly grew quiet.
Caprice was no longer feeling groggy. She asked Liam apologetically, “Liam, am I interrupting something?”

She could not let it slip that she was the reason the Rockons found themselves in this situation and that Heather was
