Chapter: 232

In ahushed tone, Brian reminded her, “Rosalynn, don’t forget our five-year agreement. You’re mine for

five years.”

Rosalynn was rendered speechless.

Five-year agreement again!

Barlow was pestering her, while Brian said misleading words.

She couldn’t help but think they were the perfect pair.

“Rosalynn, is there a five-year agreement between you two?” Barlow asked, a sly grin gracing his lips.

Before she could utter a word, he added, “Ah, you’re now his company’s designer. You signed a

contract for five years, correct?”

He was so clever. Rosalynn couldn’t help but praise him inwardly.

Barlow continued, “Brian, you’re not an antiquated man. You wouldn’t forbid employees from having

relationships, would you?”

Brian’s grip on Rosalynn’s shoulder tightened, and his compressed lips revealed his growing

discontent.

Feeling rather unfortunate, Rosalynn wondered why she had been unwittingly caught in the crossfire

between the two brothers.

She shook off Brian’s grasp and addressed Barlow, “Please extend my thanks to your aunt.

However, | have no intentions of pursuing romance at the moment. After completing the sample draft

tomorrow, I’l get in touch with her.”

Brian’s stern expression softened momentarily.

Yet, Rosalynn said to him, “We may have signed a five-year contract, but as | mentioned, | am unbound

and belong to no one. It’s late. I’m off duty now.”

Her statement was undeniably fair.

Neither man could exploit her.

Brian’s expression darkened once more.

Rosalynn brushed them off, ushering Karina into the car before driving away.

The two men observed the departing vehicle.

One bore a faint smile, while the other’s eyes were icy.

“| must be going now.” Barlow’s grin remained unchanged as he glanced at Brian.
