Andrius cleared his throat when he saw that Byron was not responding.
"I heard a fire broke out in Dr. Jacobs' research institute two days ago."
Byron's brows furrowed.
Noticing Byron’s reaction, Andrius was finally satisfied. "Oh? You didn’t know?"
Byron shook his head with a gloomy expression.
He had not seen Rosalie after the kiss last night.
As for what was going on around her, he knew nothing about it.
Estelle would get news from the little ones about Rosalie every day at school and tell him about it.
However, Rosalie would certainly keep such dangerous news from her kids.

"What about the fire? Is she hurt?"

He had not asked anything, yet his friend was eager to deny it.
Andrius would never believe that nothing had happened.
Then, Andrius approached Byron. "Tell me, did you quarrel with Dr. Jacobs again?"
Byron’s gaze turned gloomy.
He was more annoyed by Rosalie than he was offended.
Andrius knew his best friend's temper and sighed helplessly. "How often have I told you that you must coax
someone like Dr. Jacobs? After all, you're the one who should apologize."
Byron's forehead creased again.
However, the displeasure in him eased.

Byron lifted his eyebrow curiously. ‘What do you mean?"

took from Heronial Corporation."
Andrius took his time and explained, "This batch of medicinal materials is very rare. Dr. Jacobs has to find a way to
replace them. However, now that Heronial Corporation is in our hands, those medicinal materials are also ours."
What Andrius meant was they had the resources Rosalie needed most now.
Byron was immersed in his deep thoughts.
Andrius was not happy with Byron's reaction. He patted Byron’s shoulder and said, "Don't you want to win Dr. Jacobs's
heart? This is a great opportunity." 1
Any woman would be attracted to the man who saved her from a helpless situation, like saving a damsel in distress.
Not to mention, Byron had made so many mistakes before this.
No matter what, it could at least resolve their current misunderstanding.
