your grandfather and father let you come this far alone!”
Cassie rolled her eyes at him. “If you really care about me, then let me
have your child!”
Nash choked on his tea and coughed. With an annoyed expression, he said, “Can we not
mention children?”
Cassie’s eyes dimmed, but she chuckled. “Alright, alright, I won’t
mention it anymore…”
Nash poured himself another cup of tea and took a sip.
Cassie continued eating, and then she frowned at him. “Nashy, aren’t
