Chapter 525 Noelle stared at her family members in front of her. They had always used the sexcuse about how Xenia's father, Sean, had once saved her life.

In her previous life, she had fully believed in the weight of those words, and as a result, never gained the care and concern of her older brothers even until her death.

She had always made compromises for Xenia, thinking that she owed Xenia favors for Sean saving her life. In the end, Noelle even gave up her own life. But in this new life, she discovered that Sean was never dead to begin with.

It also meant that he was related to the car accident. Otherwise, he had no reason to keep on hiding in the shadows.

Frank was surprised. "Noelle, what do you mean by that?" Blake asked with confusion. "Donovan had been investigating the person who fled the scene of the car accident for all these years, but we've only managed to trace it back to the Merlock family. There hasn't been any progress recently. Noelle, do you happen to have any leads?" Noelle clenched her phone tightly. She wanted nothing more than to throw all the evidence she had gathered in their faces.

But she decided to hold herself back. She knew that it was not the right place to talk about the matter.

More importantly, she could not alert the enemy just yet.

Noelle replied, "No, I don't. Anyway, I have something to attend to, so I'm leaving now." With that, she turned around and walked out of the Liddell residence.

Xenia watched Noelle leave from the second floor's window. She felt uneasy as she thought about what Blake had just said.

She did not know that the Merlock family was involved in the car accident.

She had asked Donovan about the matter back then, but he never revealed anything to her. She began to wonder if Donovan had also suspected Sean.

A chill ran down Xenia's spine. She quickly returned to her room to inform Sean about what she had heard. They needed to make preparations in advance, as they could not afford to be exposed no matter what. After leaving the Liddell family residence, Noelle headed straight to the cafe where she had arranged for a meetup.

On the way there, she excitedly checked the messages sent to her by her PR team again and again. She wondered if they had finally located Sean.

Tilly was already seated in the cafe when Noelle arrived. She turned her laptop toward Noelle and said, "Our investigation led us to this highly suspicious vehicle spotted outside the Liddell family residence that night. It was later driven into this car dealership." "Does the car belong to the dealership?" Noelle asked.

"Yes. It's a vehicle commonly used by auto repair employees. We've already sent sof our men to investigate the shop's employees, but we never found anyone that resembled the man in the photo." Noelle stared at the laptop screen and said, "We may not have found the man in the photo, but he's definitely connected to this dealership somehow. Otherwise, how could he be driving their car?" "Exactly, Ms. Liddell. That's what I thought as well. We've already sent sof our men to investigate further." Noelle felt a bit disappointed. She had thought that they had managed to locate Sean.

Tilly continued, "Ms. Liddell, I apologize for not explaining it clearly in the messages, but we had to bez cautious so as to prevent any leaks of our conversation. You need to be more careful as well, especially so considering that you're now staying at the Liddell family residence." Noelle nodded and replied, "You did the right thing, Tilly. Well, at least we've made sprogress." Sean was definitely hiding within the car dealership, or at least connected to it. It was only a matter of tbefore they tracked him down.

Noelle looked at Tilly and continued, "The charity sales event's donations have already made it into them ye foundation's funds, and Xenia is definitely going to manipulate the accounts. We just have to wait for her to make a move." "Yes. As soon as Xenia transfers the money, we'll be able to track down the recipient's name. We'll definitely be able to find our target by following the trails," Tilly replied.

Noelle's expression grew tense. She had to catch Sean and uncover the truth behind the car accident.

After finishing the discussion, she ordered a cup of coffee to help clear her thoughts. As she t@meɗ to look Ve outside the cafe, she saw Donovan stepping out of a car along with a woman who seemed to have difficulty walking. Noelle was shocked when she recognized the woman's face. "It's her!" She wondered why her roommate was hanging out with Donovan, of all people. She then recalled Donovan having a fiance, and she slowly pieced the puzzles together. Noelle realized that Donovan's fiancée was Micah herself! Tilly followed Noelle's gaze out of the cafe and explained, "That's the Cantrell family's heiress. She has smobility issues and rarely appears in public, so most people don't really recognize her."
