Kyran offered her a smile and took some stuff out of the trunk of the car.
“These are all for you, Mrs. Cox. Thank you for taking care of Deirdre for the past few days. Without you, we might not have been able to find her so quickly.”

Mrs. Cox had no other choice but to receive the gifts. When Kyran was taking the gifts into her house, she went closer to Deirdre and said, “Your boyfriend seems like a good
man. I can see that he likes you very much. How did you guys get into a fight?”
“We just had a small misunderstanding,” Deirdre replied with a smile when she recalled the things that had happened during those days.
