At the Deleon family's residence, Amoura lounged on the sofa, idly scrolling through the project files Raymond had organized on her laptop. Just as she was about to open the files, she was startled by the sudden removal of the USB drive.

Raymond, unfazed by her demands, slid the drive into his pocket and shut the laptop in one smooth motion, cradling it in his arms. “Mrs. Deleon, my services to you ended three minutes ago. Those files belong to me, and I don't plan on handing them over. As for the laptop? That's mine, too. I'm taking it with me." For a moment, Amoura was stunned into silence. But it didn't take long for the realization of his words to hit her.
She shot up from the sofa, fury flashing in her eyes. "Are you really trying to ruin your own sister's life now? Don't think for a second that just because the car accident ordeal is behind us, she's off the hook. I still have evidence in my hands!" Raymond's voice, though respectful, was firm. "You and your conspirators framed my sister. I won't deny her wrongdoing, but you broke the law, too. If you want to take her down, you'll be coming down with her." He then cast a quick glance at the set of cups Amoura had been using. He had just bought them for her.
