Although there were medical staff taking care of him and Greg was around, Lily was still worried as the

the number, her eyelids shut close, and she conked out as her head drooped.
After some time, the vibration in her hand jerked her awake. Dazed, it took her several seconds to
orientate herself. She looked at her phone and saw it was a call from Anastasia. Lily rubbed her
temples, propped herself up, and pressed the answer button. "Hello?"
"Lily, have you not returned home lately?" Anastasia cut to the chase and asked.
Lily grunted a yes. "I have to tend to some matters and won't be returning anytime soon."
"Then..." Anastasia was seemingly hesitant and did not finish her sentence.
After some thought, Lily asked, "Is it about your father again?"
"Yes..." the young woman answered. Her voice sounded husky from crying so much. "I know I shouldn't
keep bothering you, and you must have
important things to do since you haven't been home for the past few days, but... I truly have nowhere to
go."
"What do you mean you have nowhere to go?" Lily did not quite get it and involuntarily sat up.
"I ran away from home. I don't know where I should go, and I'm scared my father will find me and bring
