The man gently held Olivia’s hand as he pulled it away from his lips.His voice was as warm and as
calm as ever.
“I’m back, aren’t I?”
Olivia immediately opened her arms and hugged him from behind, sobbing.
‘yes! He’s back! He’s finally back!’ After months of worrying, he had finally returned to her side.
She should be delighted, but her heart felt heavy.She was so distraught that all she could do was hug

Edward turned around slowly and brushed his palm across her cheeks, touching her eyebrow and then

“Have you not met Alexander?”
“I don’t know where he is.”

Smoke began to form around his face as he took two deep puffs.
After exhaling another ring of smoke, he asked, “So, you didn’t get any useful information out of her?”
“What useful information?”
“Where is their son?” He asked again, looking up at her.
Olivia’s heart suddenly skipped a beat, and she subconsciously questioned, “Why are you looking for
their son?”
“J’m just wondering! Alexander had been off the radar for so long.We don’t even know if he’s dead or
alive.As for Lily, she seems to have disappeared as well.Are you not curious about where their son is or
how Margaret is?”
Edward blurted before stuffing the cigarette back into his mouth.
