Ralph was worried that she would make matters worse, so he called out to her.

added jokingly, "If she’s willing, then why not."

Heather sat straight and asked, "I- I would like to move into the Russell family house."
"Our house?" Ralph asked in as much surprise as Margaret was.
"Yeah, but I want a room all to myself," she continued, "I wish to move in tonight."
"So soon?" Ralph asked, clearly confused by her intentions.
At first, he thought she wanted to be with him, but then she requested a single room.
So, was this a woman’s pride?
"Why? Is there something wrong?" she asked, "You don’t have to be worried.I just wanted to take this
opportunity to know you better.However, if it’s inconvenient for you, we don’t have to do it."
"No, it’s fine, why won’t it be,"
Ralph was happy that she had decided to take the initiative to get to know him better, so why would he
reject her? This request was made out of the blue, so it had taken him by surprise.
Seeing that she was about to change her mind again, he quickly added, "We have many bedrooms
available.Even if we don’t, I’ll move out just to give you my room!"
Even though Margaret knew her son was doing this because of his plan, she was still slightly
embarrassed by the sight of him trying to suck up to Heather.Margaret could only sigh.
"Since that’s settled, I’ll move into your house tonight.I hope that Mrs.Russell wouldn’t mind me,"
Heather gave her a small nod to express her apology.
"It’s fine.We’re going to be a family soon anyways, and since Ms.Riggs, you’re comfortable with this, it’s
a relief to me, too,"
Margaret smiled and turned to her subordinates, "Make sure to clear a room for Ms.Riggs when we get
home.Make sure that she’s settled in well and try your best to answer her requests if there are any."
"Thank you for your kindness," Heather smiled.

She could feel someone’s gaze on her, but there was no killing intention, so she did not continue to
think about it and went back to talking to the people around her.
However, the gaze was still there.

Alexander stood at the foot of the stairs leading to the floor above.He was openly looking at her with no
fear of being caught.
Heather knew exactly who Alexander was.
She had, after all, done a background check on the Russell family.
She already knew that he was difficult to deal with, but after seeing him in person, she realized that the
information presented to her was obviously lacking.
