Taya felt that there was something hidden in Amon’s words as
if he was implying something to her.

“Amon has returned

her keys over to Taya. She sat in the front passenger seat, clutching her seat belt tightly in a daze.
Taya didn’t bother her and drove quickly to the villa where
Silas was. They arrived just as Nora pushed Silas out for a
walk…
Harper, who hadn’t gotten out of the car, saw the familiar
figure sitting in a wheelchair. Suddenly, her tears rolled down.
She opened the car door, looked at the figure, and shouted
with red eyes, “Silas…”
