In Harper’s study, Taya used a ruler to create her drawing. Although she was focused, the line she
drew was still crooked.

“He has been sent to Stella’s hospital, and I’ve sent someone to pick you up.”
When Taya arrived at the hospital, Griffon’ tall figure stood at the door of the ward with one hand in his
pocket.
“Griffon, how is he?”
Panting heavily, she ran over to him. Overly anxious, her
forehead was covered with tiny beads of sweat.
Griffon took out a handkerchief from his suit pocket and answered her question as he wiped her sweat.
“He stopped bleeding, but the bullet struck his heart, and he
won’t be able to make it.”

Thinking that she was almost used and that Grace was forced by Casare to shoot her biological father,

“I’ll make sure Grace is safe. Go see Amon.”
