“Alright then, how about you stay here with me? I’ll take care of you. What do you say?”
Daniel had a hurt look in his eyes, “If it’s a bother for you…”
“No bother, I’m glad you could stay.” Brittany felt quilt and sorrow watching Daniel cry. She hugged him, wiped
away his tears, and said, “I’m sorry. I really want you to stay. Are you willing to stay here?”
Tears filled Daniel’s eyes as he looked at the bodyguard, clearly annoyed, “Then you can leave.”
The bodyguard simply said, “Thanks for the trouble,” and then he left.
Daniel held Brittany’s face and gave her a few kisses, “Mom, I really like you a lot.”
His words completely melted Brittany’s heart.
“I like you too, Daniel.”
The bodyguard entered his car and looked back at the man in the back seat, saying. “Mr. Salter, all went well.”

Daniel officially moved into Brittany’s house. When William heard about that, he bought a lot of toys and snacks for
Daniel. Daniel was clingy, always wanting to stick to Brittany.

“This is specially prepared by Mr. Dillion for you,” the secretary said, bringing in some magazines and snacks, “Ms.
Dustin, the meeting will probably last for another half hour. If you need anything, just let me know.”
“Thank you.”
Brittany held the coffee cup, knowing William was thoughtful but never expecting him to have her favorite coffee
ready at the office. That touched her deeply.
After the secretary left, Brittany started reading the magazines, thoroughly engrossed.
When William finished his meeting and came out, the secretary greeted him, saying, “Mr. Dillion, Ms. Dustin is
here.”
The meeting hadn’t gone smoothly, and William looked a bit frustrated.
Hearing the secretary’s words, all his frustration was replaced with joy, “Where is she? How long has she been
here?”

asked, “What happened?”
“Your relationship with Brittany is public now. There are a lot of negative comments online. Be careful, I’m worried
there might be reporters downstairs. Don’t do anything rash.”
Mrs. Dillion hadn’t expected to wake up to news of William and Brittany’s relationship causing a stir.
