Chapter 157: Chapter 155: I'm Here

More than ten minutes had passed, and Elliana Lyle still hadn’t cout of the bathroom. Shawn Lyle looked at

his watch, his face clearly showing impatience.

But he couldn't urge her further, and with Elliana’s phone in his possession, he couldn't even send a message.

However, he wasn’t worried that Elliana would run away. This café was operated by his people, otherwise he

wouldn't have chosen this place.

Bringing Elliana back to the Lyle family was a must, and severing the company completely from the Bennett

Family was his current primary objective.

The first step was to quickly back out of the marriage.

At that moment, his phone rang; it was a message from Mia Clarke.

"Mr. Lyle, | wish you a happy cooperation."

future husband he chose for Elliana turned out to be Mia’s younger brother, William Clarke.

William was a new talent who returned from abroad last year and happened to join the Lyle Corporation, bringing

But Mia had contacted him first. It was through her he knew that William was actually the stepbrother of Norman

Bennett's stepmother.

"Boss! Norman Bennett is here!"

"Norman Bennett!" Elliana didn’t say any extraneous words; she wrapped her arms around the man as if having

survived a catastrophe.

It must be known that being taken back to the Lyle family by Shawn would lead to no good end!

Looking at Emily Lyle’s outcome, one could see how ruthless Shawn could be!

Clearly, they could have acknowledged Emily’s identity, but for the sake of face, Shawn refused. She even said

that as long as Emily didn’t use her birth mother’s identity, any other identity would do.

to the large amounts involved.

The foreign billionaire Adrian Davies, whom Emily defrauded, was Shawn's friend!

He never expected his daughter to have secretly registered a marriage with Norman Bennett! This instantly

wiped out all his plans!

Currently, in order to survive, Lyle Corporation had allocated fifty-one percent of the major shares to

shareholders, with the Bennetts holding fifteen percent, and Norman Bennett holding ten percent personally!

If the remaining small shareholders were bought out by the Bennett Family, there'd be no need for him to remain

CEO!
