Their acting skill was so on point that Sophia was fooled.
Corinne did not really want to confront Sophia, but it would arouse the latter woman's suspicions if she did not at least give skind of reaction. Thus, she forced herself to walk up to her and question her angrily after noticing them from the corner of her eyes.

He doesn't remember who you are at alll All he knows is I'm his wife!" Corinne scoffed. "So you kept him by your side for the past three years? You only got this chance because he lost his memory!" Sophia frowned. "Corinne, you're so full of yourself! Do you think he'll go back to you if he hasn't lost his memory? Well, lettell you something. We were already together before he lost his memory!"
