He knew that Leon loved Iris a lot. When his father set up the ambush for Leon, Leon almost lost his life because he
was not willing to leave Iris behind and run away himself!
With how important Iris was to Leon, Leon would have already made an appearance if he was there. Leon would
not let Iris fall into Jacob’s hands just like that!
