"What? Do my ears deceive me? Did you just say you want to challenge me?" Leon could not believe his ears!
He was not the only one shocked by this; the audience was equally as stunned by Rodney's audacity!
None of them ever imagined that Rodney would have the audacity to challenge Leon to a duel instead!
This worked incredibly in Rodney's favor, the audience immediately shifted their attention onto the duel instead of

contemptuous sneer.

"Please don't act rashly, Mister Wolf! Rodney is not an opponent to be underestimated, not to mention he possesses
a piece secret weapon with him that's highly likely to be an Emperor Weapon! It's not sensible to fall for his trap!"
Angus quickly tried to talk Leon out of this. Although he got to know Leon very well, he was yet to witness Leon in
action before and thus was not sure of how powerful Leon was.
However, considering how young Leon was, he could make an educated guess that Leon was probably only at the
Emperor State at most!
Rodney, on the other hand, was one of the Southern region’s youngest and brightest, and thus would not be an
easy opponent!
Not to mention that Rodney was now in possession of an Emperor Weapon that managed to defeat even Roanne,
who was already at the Intermediate Emperor State!
He was certain that Leon would not be able to put up a good fight against Rodney, and so it came as a shock to him

Rodney at all.
However, it was different for him; Yuri was always a better and more powerful fighter than Rodney was, and
although Rodney possessed an Emperor Weapon, Yuri was well aware that weapons like these were often limited to
only three uses.
As long as he remained cautious during combat, he could easily outsmart and overpower Rodney!
"There's no need! Thank you for your concern, Uncle Angus, and Mister Thompson, but I'll be fine! It's just Rodney,
after all! Don't worry, I promise that I'll do everything in my power to avenge Roanne's defeat!" Leon replied calmly,
the determination on his face so apparent that no one could convince him otherwise.
