"I see," Renee was slightly disappointed and added, "Well, which level is Leon in, then?"
She already knew that Leon relied on the Potential Energy Force to kill the Demon Lord and injure the
Southern Boss, but Leon was certainly quite formidable as well for him to have the courage to face up
to two martial artists in the Advanced Almighty State.
With that said, Leon had to be in the Almighty state.
Though she had no opportunity to witness how the Potential Energy Force worked, it would be great to
meet someone as capable as Leon as well.
"I think he's on the same level as me," Leon said.
"As you? How is that possible? Stop talking nonsense!" Renee rolled her eyes at him.
She knew that Hugh was rather formidable and that he already reached the Advanced Emperor State,
but he was merely a subordinate of Leon and could not rival his superior in terms of strength.

"I'm not talking nonsense. I'm telling the truth," Leon said.
She pouted. "I don't believe you."
Ever since she learned that Leon was talented and defeated the Demon Lord and the Southern Boss,
she began idolizing Leon.
No matter what Hugh said, she refused to believe that Leon was on the same level as Hugh.
"Believe whatever you want," Leon said with resignation.
He was telling the truth and could not help it that Renee did not believe him.
After all, he could not tell her that he was Leon.
He came to the western region without using his real name because he wanted to track the Southern
Boss down.
Since his purpose has not been accomplished, he could not expose his true identity to avoid any
accident.
Naturally, he was unaware that the Southern Boss already guessed that he was Leon.
If he knew about this, he would know that there was no point in him to hide his name.
"Miss Morrison, it's still early and you probably haven't had your breakfast, right? Why don't we go
downstairs for breakfast?" Leon changed the subject.
"Um, sure." Renee nodded.
Her family entrusted her with the task of keeping an eye on Leon, so she came over as soon as she
woke up and did not eat anything.
Once Leon mentioned it, she started to feel hungry.
The two went downstairs for breakfast and afterward, Leon got prepared to head outside.
"Hugh, where are you going?" Renee asked.
"I plan to go shop for jadeites and gems," Leon said.

"What for?" she asked in confusion.
"To produce alchemical pills," he explained.
He needed the jadeites for an Energy Convergence Circle to amplify the effect of the pills.
Though he did not decide if he wanted to partner with the Morrisons or the Dagleshs, this would not
interfere with his need to produce more pills.
Hence, he intended to purchase the tools he needed for the production so that he could start as soon
as he decided who to work with.
"I see!" Renee said. "How about this? You've just arrived in the western region and you don't know your
way around here. Why don't I take you to a place to purchase the jadeite you need?"
She was heeding Hugo's command and trying her best to remain by Leon's side to prevent him from
working with the Dagleshs.
"Well, sure! Thank you!" Leon said.
Indeed, he did not quite know his way around the western region.
Since Renee offered to be his tour guide, this worked in his favor and he did not turn herdown.
With that, the two got into Leon's car and left the hotel.
