Chapter 3049 "Hang on! I'll take that Dragon Jade!" Someone shouted.

A young man in his late twenties strode into the store with two guards.

"Marvin Norton. It's you!" Both Shally and Lucian were shocked.

The man before them was none other than the eldest son of their competitors, Marvin Norton.

"What are you doing in our store, Marvin? You are not welchere!" Shally snapped out of it and her expression darkened.

Not only were the Nortons the Summers' biggest competitors, but they were also bullying the Summers ever since Shally's parents and brother were killed.

In recent months, the Nortons' actions escalated and they even cut off the resources to the Summers, which led to great financial losses.

Given the relationship between the Nortons and the Summers, there was no way she would treat Marvin with respect.

"Ha!" Marvin sneered in contempt and ignored her.

He approached with his guards and glanced at the Dragon Jade, before turning to Mister Negus.

"Mister Negus, I heard you are selling a piece of Dragon Jade. If I'm not mistaken, that's the one on the counter, right? The Nortons will take it!" Marvin said.

"Um, Mister Norton, I'm sorry but I've promised to sell this to Miss Summers. I can't sell it to you," Mister Negus said.

"Mister Negus is right. Treasure Hunt has bought this Dragon Jade. Please leave and stop messing around!" Shally said with displeasure.

"What exactly can you do if I want to mess with you? Besides, you two have just reached an agreement. There's no contract and payment hasn't been made. It's not confirmed!" Marvin scoffed. 1 He did not respect Shally or the Summers at all.

"Why you!" Shally was furious but was rendered speechless.

Marvin was right as it was merely a verbal agreement, she could not find a way to dispute it. Still, this was her store and she would not allow Marvin to cause trouble.

She was going to get a few guards here to kick him out, but Marvin was e a rather capable martialartist m compared to those his age, and the guards he brought were powerful as well as they were members of the Nortons' second bloodline.

If she chased them out by force, a fight would break out and products in her stores would suffer damage. On •NQ top of that, the guards working for her may not be able to defeat Marvin either. Instantly, she was unsure of what to do.
