A few minutes later, Ian received a reply from Aurora telling him that she hadn’t met Cindy and she couldn’t
contact her because her phone was turned off when she tried to call her. She even mentioned in the text that she
was worried that something might happen to her.
Instantly, Ian felt his heart falling into the pits. I was too careless. I shouldn’t have let her out last night.
