Ian was confused as to why the conversation suddenly switched from Peter to Yulia, so he furrowed his brows and
countered, “I don’t think so.” Then, he came toward Cindy and said, “However, I have a feeling that Peter likes
you.”
Upon hearing that, she nodded her head. “He does like me. Didn’t you see him confessing to me the last time?”
Ian sat down opposite her. “You seem quite proud about it.”
“Of course I am, because it proves that I’m attractive.” After that, she giggled and continued, “What is it? Are you
not happy about it?”
At that, he answered her question. “Yes. I’m not happy about it.”
Listening to his answer, Cindy licked her lips. Although she pretended to be calm on the outside, she could feel that
her heart was actually beating at a rapid rate and her breathing was in complete disorder.
