Madelyn found herself taken to a remote, deserted place surrounded by towering mountains. It was the highest

point in Vennopolis, but it was also the most desolate, with hardly anyone around. There were no road surveillance

Madelyn thought that except for Jadie, Zach didn’t seem to have many vulnerabilities. Yet, it was precisely this that

Madelyn had expected Zach to be with Jadie. She believed that if it weren’t for Jadie, Zach would be dating Yvonne,
