Grant emerged pale–faced.
“What brings you here? Is there any progress regarding my wife’s death?” Grant asked.
“Grant, now that you are suspected of murdering Peyton, we need to arrest you!”
“What?” Grant was incredibly shocked, immediately seeking refuge behind Logan. “How could I possibly have killed
my wife?”
“It seems like we’ll have to notify the narcotics department as well, as he appears to be under the influence,” one
officer remarked.
“What are you talking about?” Ellory furrowed her brow. “Do you have evidence of my father’s involvement in the
murder?”

said coldly, “He’s a murderer, I’m not spending a dime on a lawyer.”
Ellory replayed the video a few times, then stood up, “I’m gonna kill him, I’m gonna kill that bastard!”
