Four big wooden chests--each was about one meter high and a meter long--were in the corner of the hall. They were rotten and
had obviously been left there for a long time.
With a wave of his hand, Austin opened the four boxes.
All of a sudden, dazzling golden light emitted while a dense divine fog rose from them. There was something about the light and
mist that made them very relaxing to look at.
Upon close probing, Austin found that colorful, sacred crystals were stored inside the wooden boxes.
"Brat, let's go halves!"
the suprholy tree shouted as it pounced on one of the wooden boxes.
However, Austin was quick enough to put away all the four wooden boxes with just a wave of his hand.
The sacred crystal was such a priceless treasure to everyone in this universe. It couldn't be found anywhere else but in the
Celestial Palace.
It never occurred to Austin that he would acquire so many of them.
Even those sacred crystals made traveling to Celestial Palace really worth it.
If he fully extracted the energy from these sacred crystals, he could not only make a breakthrough in a short tbut also
significantly improve the quality of his vital energy.
"Brat, seriously? You took all of them? You are so mean to me,"
the suprholy tree huffed at Austin, who just ignored his plea of taking half of the boxes.
"Con, Woodrow. Just let it go. You know these sacred crystals are not very useful to you,"
Sherman mediated right away.
"He is right. You are a senior. Don't you feel ashamed of fighting withover these treasures?"
Austin added with a smug on his face.
"You..."
The suprholy tree trembled with anger, knowing full well that the human boy would never give him his way.
Meanwhile, Violet and Austin's beautiful wives stood beside him, covering their mouths while giggling.
"Let's go to the alchemy room,"
Sherman suggested as it pointed at a door.
Besides the hall, there were three other rooms on the first floor of the palace.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇt‘Alchemy room!"
all of them exclaimed internally, looking so elated.
Sherman opened the door, and an alchemy room immediately graced their sight.
The most conspicuous thing inside was the grey, old pot in the center of the room. It was over a meter high while parts of its edges
were broken.
Seeing as how it was heavily covered with thick dust, no one knew how many years it had been abandoned in that room.
Aside from it, there was also a row of tables with jars and heaps of herbs on them.
"It's the divine pills and the omnipotent herbs!"
the suprholy tree exclaimed with untold delight.
The other seven holy trees' eyes lit up in excitement as they saw what the suprholy tree referred.
"These are valuable things!
| had always wanted to get sdivine pills when the Taoist Ancestor had his back on them!
But, unfortunately, | didn't have the chance to get my hands on them,"
a holy tree exclaimed, probing more in-depth into the divine pills on the table.
It regained its memories together with Sherman not long ago.
"Let's divide them equally!" Sherman suddenly proposed.
Striding forward, it slapped the tables with its thick branch, dividing all the jars and herbs into equal shares.
The jars and bottles all contained priceless pills, so none of them opened to check what was inside exactly. Besides, they knew that
whatever it was they got, it would surely be of high value.
"This pot is pretty old.
| wonder what it is made of,"
Austin murmured, carefully surveying the old pot in the center of the room.
"Master, this pot is old and broken. | bet it is useless,"
Violet said while closely looking at the pot.
Austin shook his head in disagreement. As a pill refiner, he immediately sensed that this pot was of extraordinary value.
"Brat, you're not stupid.
Don't be fooled by its looks. That Taoist Ancestor stole it from Ethereal Immortal's alchemy room back then.
Ethereal Immortal is the best divine pill refiner in the vast universe. In fact, he is known as the ancestor of all pill refiners.
It was said that he had invented and developed all the pill refining skills known to mankind.
He cherished this pot very much, and I'd bet my life this is definitely a very rare treasure,"
Sherman informed.
"Interesting!
| can't believe it's such a fascinating item!"
Austin and his companions, including Caroline and Violet, were too surprised to hear a seemingly ancient legend story.
"Master, is it really that cool? Can you sense it?"
Violet asked in a skeptical voice, taking a closer look at the pot.
Austin was also a little dubious. 'The pot doesn't release any aura. | can't see anything special about it, ' he thought.
Then, he slammed on the pot, and its lid was tossed away.
Fire, of various colors, suddenly emerged from it--much to everyone's surprise.
Each flseemed unstained of any impurities.
Objectively speaking, the fire looked astonishing as its colors blazed together.
While attracted by the sight, Austin shuddered. He sensed great danger among those blazing flames as if he and his soul would be
pulverized into nothingness.
"Everybody stay back!"
he warned in a blaring voice.
Wasting no time, he waved his sleeve that wrapped Caroline, Ivy, Sue, and Violet in it, throwing them out of the building.
Meanwhile, the eight holy trees also realized the danger. Holding each other's branches, they all stepped back. In the next second,
a giant magic pagoda erected and stood in front of them as a shield.
Austin also took out the Pot of Chaos and the Omnipotent Pot, which both enlarged and stood before him as protection too.
Then, the eight holy trees and Austin all rushed out of the building.
"That's awesome!" Austin exclaimed, panting heavily.
He found that there were burn marks on one side of the Pot of Chaos and the Omnipotent Pot, and a small part of them had
melted.
Austin was complete shocked as he stared at those burn marks. 'The two pots are extremely solid.
Even a great master, like the leader of the Heavenly Palace, could not damage them no matter how hard he hit it.
Yet, the flames could quickly melt a small part of the two pots in such a short time, ' he brooded silently.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmEveryone outside the building was still in a state of shock, scared.
Just now, they were almost on the verge of death because of their carelessness.
"What are those flames, Sherman? They are so powerful,"
the suprholy tree asked.
"lI don't know, either. Since the Taoist Ancestor had acquired the pot, he had been studying how to use it.
Obviously, he did not make much progress on it.
Even he didn't know them, so how could I?"
Sherman replied directly.
After a while, Austin unleashed his spiritual sense to check what was going on inside the building and found nothing.
So, with his curiosity striking its peak again, he walked into the house more cautiously now.
As soon as he got inside, he found the pot was still open.
The colorful flames were still flickering in the pot lightly; but everything seemed quiet down now.
Austin surmised that the moment he suddenly removed the pot lid, the flames were startled. That was why they suddenly attacked
everyone at bay.
Now that no one was inside, they had already calmed down.
With a wave of his hand, Austin released a gentle vital energy that wrapped the lid on the ground.
Austin tried not to provoke the flames as best as he could and was ready to run away at any time.
Slowly, he placed the pot to where it was and intently gazed at it.
Luckily, the flames didn't go violent, and at that moment, Austin felt no impending danger anymore.
