Austin saw Xavier on the side, shocked at what happened. Once again, he couldn't help but laugh on the inside.
Seeing what Winnie was doing, Drew waved his hand to signal her to stop.
"With the friendship between your Master and |, there is no need for you to keep saluting me," he said, smiling. His expression
becserious once again as he prepared to start the refining process.
"Well, Winnie, you said that your spiritual soul was hurt. Please open your Soul Sea now so | can do an examination on you."
Winnie was stunned for a moment. A cultivator's Soul Sea was his or her most important and sacred place. Nobody would let other
people's spiritual sense enter theirs that easily.
But the hesitation just lasted for a moment—Winnie took a deep breath and followed what she was instructed. She opened her Soul
Sea and let Drew's spiritual sense enter.
"Well, the foundation of your spiritual soul have been somewhat weakened by a damaging force.
Although a Soul-healing Elixir can nourish your spiritual soul, its effect is slow and not thorough enough.
Well, for Harmony's sake, | will help you to make a Primordial Spirit Elixir.
The Primordial Spirit Elixir would not only quickly restore your spiritual soul, but it would also improve your spiritual sense,"
Drew said this as if he was a doctor prescribing his patient.
"Thank you so much, Elder Lu!"
Winnie was overjoyed when she heard these words.
She knew from her master that this old man in front of her had brilliant alchemy skills.
The elixir he personally recommended would surely help her.

"Elder Drew, the Primordial Spirit Elixir... Did you invent it yourself?"
Xavier suddenly chimed in, though he did so with much hesitation. His face showed a little bit of worry.
"Xavier, do you really think that | would make Miss Wang test a new elixir that | just invented?" Drew replied, obviously annoyed.
"This Primordial Spirit Elixir is one of the top ten precious elixir formulae of our Magic Hand Sect! It has existed for hundreds of
years!"
Drew was already heaving out of his rage.
"Yes, yes. I'm very sorry, Elder Drew,"
Xavier said, as he quickly bowed his head as a last resort to be polite.
"Leave!" Drew shouted as he waved his hand. After a few moments of trying to calm down, he finally was able to say, "Cand
get your elixir here tomorrow."
And with that, he turned his back on them.
Both Xavier and Winnie knew that Elder Lu had a bad temper. They didn't dare to stay any longer the moment they heard him
ordering them to go.
They quickly said their goodbyes and left in a hurry. . .
"Marsh, could you go to the Abandoned Elixir Cellar and get selixir essence back for me?
In order to make the Primordial Spirit Elixir, | need to use the elixir essence,"
Drew said in a hushed voice as soon as the three people left.
‘The elixir essence?"
Austin was stunned with curiosity.
He had been a pill refiner for so long but he had never heard of the elixir essence.
"Perhaps you don't know what elixir essence is. Your face toldthat," Drew suddenly said, smiling.
"Well, that's not uncommon. You just cto our Magic Hand Sect, and there are still a lot of things that you don't know," he
continued as he sat down. He then began to explain what it was.
"Our Magic Hand Sect has been founded for more than seven hundred years now.
When you think about that, you'd know that there are so many pill refiners and thousands of alchemy disciples that have been in
our sect over that period of time.
Every day, in the process of alchemy, they would produce a lot of unsuccessful elixirs which needed to be scrapped.
That Abandoned Elixir Cellar is a place dedicated to the waste elixirs that our Magic Hand Sect had made.
Over years, the number of waste elixirs in that cellar has reached an outstanding amount.
Within those waste elixirs are the essences of all kinds of precious herbs.
With so much herb essence gathered together in that cellar for so many years, a new gaseous compound had been made, and that
is called the elixir essence."
And with that, Austin understood everything.
Indeed, no matter how excellent a pill refiner was in his or her alchemy skills, he or she would still cupon failure.

Not to mention the wastes the alchemy disciples who had just begun to learn alchemy would have made.
It went unsaid that they had practice hundreds of times to refine a certain elixir before they had gotten it right.
Those semi-finished elixirs were among the ones kept in that cellar.
The Abandoned Elixir Cellar was truly a place that everyone in the Magic Hand Sect had used to dispose of their waste elixirs
without really wasting them. . .
Drew passed two jade jars, which was as small as a human palm, and an elder's badge which had carving of the word "Drew" to
Austin.
"But remember, the Abandoned Elixir Cellar is currently in a dangerous state.
You can only go down five meters deep in the cellar. After you fill up the two jade jars, you should exit it immediately.
If you don't and you go too deep, you will die,"
Drew warned him earnestly.
This made Austin very curious. 'What kind of danger would a cellar for abandoning waste elixirs have?' he thought, furrowing his
eyebrows.
He wanted to ask Drew about it, but Drew evidently did not want to talk anymore.
After Austin figured out his gplan, he left Drew's cave dwelling and activated his bodily movement skill towards the direction
of the Abandoned Elixir Cellar.
Since he used a fake identity to enter the Magic Hand Sect in order to avoid being recognized, he decided against flying.
So now, he was running at a moderate speed on the ground.
