Little did Antigonus know, he had deluded himself with his thoughts. He was certain Darryl
did form a formation, but the disciples of the Mount Hua sect were too weak to exhibit the
formation's potential power.
Darryl sneered at Antigonus' arrogance and did not bother to take note of it. His heart,
however, raced rapidly. 'He is the supreme leader of the fiend race, alright. He's quick to
pick out the flaws. Amazing!'
His brain quickly raced to look for a solution as he then said to the disciples around him, '
Everyone, this very day is the day we determine the survival of Mount Hua Sect, and being
afraid is futile. Only teamwork can promise your survival!"
Darryl then looked to the sky behind him and, with a resolute expression, added, "We just
need to sustain the formation for as long as it takes to finish an incense stick. As long as
we can adhere to it, victory will be ours!"

Levi was still as clueless as he was minutes before, but there was nothing they could do
but trust in Darryl. As such, he could only play along.
"Yes, Sect Master!" the disciples responded in unison.
'Curse it all!' Antigonus squinted and glared daggers at Darryl, his expression blatantly
showing how murderous he was.
'The time it takes to finish burning an incense stick... Why did Darryl emphasize that?
Are...reinforcements coming? I'd be in trouble if Master Magaera comes along!'
With this thought in his mind, Antigonus tried to suppress his rage of fire and calm himself,
and his gaze faltered as though showing a sign of weakness.
He realized he was not Master Magaera's opponent since he had not yet recovered the
Power of the Fiend Soul.
Antigonus continued to float mid-air while his expression contorted uglily.
Seeing this, Darryl knew he had intimidated Antigonus and thus teased," Aren't you going
to settle old scores with me? Come on, give me all you got! I'll take you on."
He put his hands behind his back confidently.
"Do you really think you can stop me with these disciples?" scoffed Antigonus.
Darryl merely shrugged and chuckled. "It doesn't matter if they can hold you back. They
just need to hold you for just about enough time. Even if I'm killed, there will be people
taking revenge for me."
Then, he purposely took out the Gold Emperor Token and said, "I forgot to tell you, Prince
Aurin is the Heaven Emperor now. Since I'm his master, it makes me the Royal Master. Do
you think you'll get out unscathed if you kill the Royal Master?"

By this time, he knew Antigonus was second-guessing himself about attacking him.
Therefore, he started to put more pressure on Antigonus.
'What? Royal Master?' Antigonus' expression changed as he saw the Gold Emperor Token,
and his eyebrows furrowed. 'Shoot! He's a lucky b*stard to become the Royal Master. If
that's the case, he has higher authority than Master Magaera. Ordering the godly soldier
and general is a piece of cake to him!'
At this point, Antigonus was certain that Master Magaera would bring the godly soldier and
general as reinforcement here. Thus, he sneered, "Alright, then! Well done, Darryl. Seems
like Lady Luck is on your side today."
He looked at Darryl one last time before finally flew away into the night sky.
Truthfully, he wanted nothing more than to kill Darryl right then and there, but he had
consumed too much of his Power of the Fiend Soul. If he was held up here, his life would
be at stake if Master Magaera arrived with the godly soldier and general.
As the supreme leader of the fiend race, he had the responsibility to revive the fiend race.
It was not worth throwing his life in exchange for Darryl's.
At that moment, Antigonus did not realize Darryl had made up the entire story. The Upturn
Formation was just a fake formation, and so was the reinforcement.
It was all an illusion that Darryl created to trick Antigonus!
