Chapter 290

He looked at his boss furtively, and he noticed that Sean was not feeling unhappy. Instead, Sean locked his

gaze on Molly, looking gentle. Tony was only relieved when he saw that.

He could never be brave enough to make fun of his own boss. However, his question was directed at Molly.

Molly was being stared at by the triplets, and she realized that Sean was also looking at her. she could not

help but feel her face burning, and she blushed once more.

Grandpa Dave was looking at them with a grin on his face. He saw how shy Molly was, so he stepped forward

to get her out of the awkward situation as he said with a smile, "It's getting late. All of US should get some rest

now."

The next day.

Molly went to the hospital after she had her breakfast.

The sky was gray, and she could feel gusts of wind blowing at her from time to time.

It looked like it was going to rain. Molly turned around and looked upward after reaching the hospital.

When she was on her way to her office, every nurse that passed by her would greet her. Her identity

was exposed, and everybody knew who she was.

Molly did not try to hide anything either, and she just graciously smiled back at them.

She saw Benjamin holding a newspaper up when she reached the office. His whole head was blocked

by the newspaper, and there was a cup of hot tea beside his hand.

'Why does this look so much like my grandpa?' Molly complained to herself, she walked over to him

and reached out to pull the corner of his newspaper.

Benjamin was reading something about people who were famous in the medical field and the things

that they have done. He would go to visit them to learn a thing or two from them if those people were

still alive.

He was very concentrated until a slim hand appeared and pulled his newspaper in front of his eyes. He

only realized that Molly had arrived.

Benjamin laughed and said gently, "why are you here? II

It was not Molly’s shift.

Molly threw a glance at the newspaper he put on the table, and she saw a few familiar news. She knew

right away what Benjamin was reading about, but she did not go there for teatime.

"I want to talk to you about Lara Solomon's condition. II

Benjamin frowned and looked at her. "she made things so worse for you. I know that your name is

cleared now, but you don't have to care about her at all if you don't want to."

"I know. I'm not going to do it myself. However, I'll assist you in coming up with a treatment plan while

you treat her. Molly looked at him with her bright eyes.

"I'm not being kind. I just don't want that woman to point her finger at me, scolding me that I owe her anything

at all. I'm going to do this to repay her for everything she had done for me at once. After this, I'll have nothing

more to do with her. Don't worry, I'll tell Caitlyn to assist you too."

She was a doctor, not a saint. After everything that had happened, there was no way that she would treat Lara

personally. That was the best she could do for her.

She did not give in because she was afraid of the May family, but she wanted to cut ties with them. She did not

want the May family to be on her back forever. She thought that saving Lara's life would be equal to Lara

giving birth to her. So, she would have fulfilled her obligations to her by then.

Benjamin was very surprised after hearing what she said. He started to like her even more. Besides, she was

already perfect, yet she was so kind too.

He could not find any reason to reject her, so he agreed. "Sure. I'm very glad that you're helping."

After that, they spent a lot of time studying what treatment plan would be the best. Benjamin was going to do

the operation for Lara with Caitlyn's help. Even though the success rate of the surgery would be higher if Molly

was the surgeon, the chance of the surgery failing was still relatively low.

They were busy for the whole day. Molly took an umbrella with her when she was about to leave the hospital,

but she found out that it was not raining. It was already nighttime when she reached home.

After dinner, the triplets and Grandpa Dave suggested having a rest in the backyard.
