“Flynn,” he murmured, “may Natalie stay this happy forever.”

“She will, Dad! She’s a daughter of the Stone family; we'll do everything in our power to make sure she lives a

life full of happiness.“.

Flynn's eyes reddened again.

Natalie felt an unfamiliar lightness spreading through her. All she wanted was to see Ruby and tell her she was

doing fine.

No matter what she had gone through in the Summers family-no matter if her childhood had been unhappy-

there was no need for Ruby to know.

After all, Ruby had already suffered enough all these years because of losing her.
