Snow-like powder filled the air in an instant.

Dorian was shocked beyond belief, "Lemira, what in the world are you doing?!" Even for a guy who thought he'd seen it all, a woman charging at him with a fire extinguisher was definitely a first.

After extinguishing the fire, Lemira, irritation written all over her face, said, "I don't like you, and I definitely don't wanna see these childish antics around the school." It's almost that tof the month, and she's already on edge. And then this guy had to calong.

"Lemira, you're quite the character, aren't you? I'm actually starting to like you. You've got spunk!" Lemira turned around and sprayed Dorian with the extinguisher, causing him to curse loudly as his entourage scrambled to shield him.

Dropping the extinguisher on the ground, Lemira was the epitof cool indifference, "Don't mess with me." With exams around the corner, she didn't want to be entangled with a playboy like Dorian. It would be a colossal waste of her time.

"Lemmy, that's really too much! He likes you, that's why he confessed in public. Even if you don't like him, you can't just break his heart like that," Evelina appeared, graceful as a rose. Lemira's impatience was palpable, "Mind your own business, and get lost!" Evelina was taken aback, probably not expecting the usually stoic Lemira to lose her temper and lash out. Brushing off the dry powder from her hands, Lemira didn't like the smell.

Ever since her conversation with Asher at the restaurant yesterday, she'd been struggling to keep her emotions in check, and now she could barely hold it.

Lemira was ready to leave, but Dorian, feeling humiliated, shouted, "Lemira, stop right there! Who said you could leave?" Without looking back, Lemira walked away, exuding an air of defiance.

Dorian, feeling insulted, was livid, "What are you looking at? Grab her! If I don't teach her a lesson, she'll think she can walk all over me!" Evelina silently watched the unfold, a cold smirk playing on her lips. Lemira was a damn fool; Dorian showed interest in her and she just rejected him like that. What a fool! Evelina was curious to see how Lemira would fare now that she'd angered him. She secretly hoped Lemira would be affected and perform poorly on her exams.

"Who dares lay a finger on her!" Alaric ran across the street, his face stormy.

Seeing Alaric, Lemira paused, recalling the message he'd sent last night about meeting at the coffee shop across the school today.

But she had deleted Alaric's message without replying. She hadn't planned on going. Yet, here was Alaric.

Upon his arrival, he directly confronted Dorian, "You little punk, coveting my sister without considering if her brothers would agree!" Dorian, faced with Lemira's family, was visibly uncomfortable. But as a scion from Orvin, he looked down on the Lyria elites.

Dorian was also infuriated, "But your sister attackedwith a fire extinguisher. How do you propose we settle this?"

"I saw everything clearly. It's you who first.

harassed my sister first. She used the fire extinguisher to prevent your candles from starting a fire. Her actions were perfectly justified!" Alaric continued, "You might have connections, but this is Lyria. If you want to stay here peacefully, it's best if you don't stir up trouble!" Dorian's face turned red with anger, "Say that again?"

Evelina quickly stepped in to mediate, "Alaric, it's not entirely Mr. Draven's fault. Lemmy could have simply rejected him if she doesn't like him. I'm sure Mr Draven isn't the type to cling. But using a fire extinguisher? That does seem a bit extreme, doesn't it?" Dorian seized the opportunity to back down, "Right. With my popularity, why would I hang on to one girl? With Lemira's temper, I'm not interested."

Alaric frowned at Evelina, finding her words unsettling. It's clear Lemira was being harassed and had every right to refuse. Why should she spare his feelings? Alaric looked at Dorian disdainfully, "I'm not interested in arguing with a kid. If there's a next time, I'll be speaking directly to your parents!"
