She tried to ask Isaac out, but every time she called him, his assistant would pick it up and tell her to
make an appointment since Isaac was busy. And she hung up every time. She tried to ask her brother
for help, but he ignored her.
In the end, she asked her grandmother to hold a tea party so that she could ask Elizabeth to help her
get a meeting with Isaac, but to her shock, Elizabeth came with Isaac's girlfriend. That infuriated her,

The girl was in a red dress and a white goat fur shawl. She had a round face and even rounder eyes.
So cute. I bet she's really young too. "He's really busy and barely has time for me."
Patricia was thinking, Why should he spend time with me? Not like I'm his real girlfriend. We meet at
work every day, and we live our own lives after work.
Rose beamed. I knew it. "Patricia. Can I call you Patricia? You're older than me, right? I'll add you on
Messenger. We can go shopping or have some tea someday."
